- Proposed and led a large-scale strategic change program resulting in Directorate of Operations post-9/11 field security competencies. Built and trained an SME/vendor team to conduct research in 20 countries. Designed research to determine field challenges, performance gaps and best practices. - Designed/facilitated train-the-trainer courses for operations officers in clandestine training center.- Coached officers on the transition from field work to training/mentoring and beyond the CIA.
