Gwen Gordon, CEO at Gwen Gordon Public Relations (GGPR), is an award-winning health care communications professional who provides public relations, corporate communications, reputation management, policy communication, and public affairs assistance to large corporations, startups, and non-profit organizations. Her clients are innovators seeking to push the boundaries of what's possible across the continuum from biomedical research to clinical care.Prior to starting GGPR, Gwen held in house communications roles with Element Biosciences, BD, Illumina, and Personalized Medicine Coalition and is deeply focused on how communications activities can support business objectives. In these roles, Gwen supported brand building, thought leadership, product communications, change management, and public affairs activities and programs. GGPR supports numerous organizations with a range of services from short-term projects to ongoing communications programs. Gwen was named one of the San Diego Business Journal's 40 Next Top Business Leaders Under 40 and her work on the Disabled American Veterans “Stand Up for Veterans” campaign was recognized with the PRSA's Silver Anvil and numerous other industry awards.Gwen graduated cum laude with a BA in Government from Claremont McKenna College and holds a Master of Public Policy degree with emphasis in health care from the George Washington University.
