As a Spa Client Coordinator, I was the first point of contact our customers had with Spa Nordstrom at the flagship store in Seattle, Wa. On top of providing excellent customer service and handling all Spa transactions for services and products, I was also responsible for receiving and making all incoming and outgoing calls, scheduling all appointments, stocking and cleaning the spa lobby, therapy rooms, and back area, and writing and sending a daily report to management and staff that included sales information, employee attendance, and any notes from the day.
