Our organization is unique in that it explores the early warning signs of abuse to promote awareness and thus promote healthy relationships at home, school, work and in the community. We Leap exists, to create connections and build relationships with community partners and organizations that will promote shared understanding, trust, and engagement in the movement to end domestic violence and abuse.

She Boss Talk is part of She Epic Media, a broadcast media company that produces live shows, podcasts, and a blog called, She Speaks Her Mind. She Boss Talk uses various platforms to help women increase their brand awareness and amplify their impact. The She Boss Talk ERTC (Employment Retention Tax Credit) Outreach Coordinator's role is to seek out business owners who had W-2 employees during 2021-2022 and help them determine if they pre-qualify and to help them gain access to available Cares Act Funding.

The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:1. Preparing course materials, class lectures, and in-class skill-building activities.2. Evaluating student progress through examination and assignments.3. Evaluating student practical skills.4. Actively supporting student success through academic advising.5. Participating in any required department, division, or adjunct faculty meetings.6. Maintaining an active program of professional development related to individual, professional, and institutional needs.7. Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The Student Support Specialist is responsible for assessing and evaluating services that are delivered to SSS participants. Students are provided support through the promotion of positive behavior develop and life skills trainings, development of interventions as established in individual behavior plans, and targeted academic interventions. Student Support Specialist focus on behaviors that can be readily observed and measured. As researchers, they conduct studies that measure specific influences, such as the environment, on behavior or look for new ways to solve behavior problems in school students assisting children on all grade levels. I assist individuals in identifying their needs and formulating treatment plans to manage problematic behaviors. I also monitor the progress of the individuals assigned to receive support and collaborate with school administration, family members and other community providers to determine how to best address long-term individual goals.

I monitor the movements of offenders under the supervision of the department during their period on probation meeting with them at the probation office, or at the person's home or place of work. Duties performed:• Formulates rehabilitation plan for each assigned youth and Conducts follow-up interview with juveniles to ascertain progress made• Consults with attorneys, judges, and institution personnel to evaluate juvenile offenders social progress• Provide Case Management for all assigned youth placed under the Departments Supervision• Makes recommendations concerning conditional release or institutionalization of juvenile offenders based on risk assessment• Conducts pre-hearing or pre-sentencing investigations and testifies in court• Informs juvenile offenders of requirements of conditional release, such as office visits, restitution payments, or educational and employment stipulations• Counsels juvenile offender and refers youth to social resources of community for assistance• Provides guidance to juvenile offenders, such as development of vocational and educational plans and available social services

I worked two years as an independent contracted insurance agent and finacial consultant with Primerica Financial Services. I obtained many sales recognitions and awards for productivity. Although I am no longer employed with the company I have been educated beyond measure regarding insurance, investments and overall personal wealth management. I left the business to persue my educational goals and to continue working in a field that I enjoy more which is mentoring, and counseling.
