I work as a freelance event manager for a continuing education center in photography named Eyes in Progress. I organize and coordinate photography workshops exclusively led by renown photographers.

My role was to establish project scopes then to lead internal teams (creative and technical) to deliver the best digital solutions to my clients in accordance with their quality expectations. I was in charge of the project methodology implementation within the agency, making sure the proper resources were allocated, the procedures understood and followed. I was responsible for delivering projects from inception to closure. I was in charge of the technological watch, the ROI study and the requirements analysis. I organized the calls for tenders and managed the solution choice (technology and provider). Then I led projects by connecting professionals and organising steering committees in various business sectors such as finance, communication, HR, and security. I was involved in an important international collaborative research project named FLYSAFE, which concerned 34 european partners and a €50M budget. The aim was to reduce aircraft accidents caused by collisions or bad weather by developing new on-board systems. My company coordinated this project. My role was to assist the project manager by helping him for his daily tasks, coordinating the partners, managing the publications, monitoring the deliverables, and working on the optimization of the management procedures and tools. I was also responsible for the conferences and social events organization.
