Gwenaëlle has more than 10 years of experience in investing across capital and private markets globally. As part of the Corporate Development team of Swiss Re, Gwenaëlle advises the management of Swiss Re on potential acquisitions and divestments across various sectors. She is also responsible for monitoring and adding value on existing investments in private companies and has been an observer on the board of several companies. Prior to working for Swiss Re, she worked for Enki Capital, a private equity fund acquiring minority and majority stakes in SMEs based in Switzerland. Previously, Gwenaëlle was responsible for developing and overseeing the private equity activity of Rainbow Unlimited with a focus on achieving the SDGs by 2030 and worked in impact private equity at Bamboo Capital Partners.Before graduating from the MBA of London Business School, she worked in wealth management and investment banking, including at UBS and Société Générale. Gwenaëlle is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and holds the UBS Wealth Management Diploma.Gwenaëlle has demonstrated her analytical skills and her strong attention to detail when building financial models and preparing various internal presentations as a PE Investment Professional at Swiss Re. She has also proven her capacity to work hard while working in PE at Bamboo Capital Partners in Geneva in parallel with her MBA in London.
