This reduced code change significantly and stabilized processes for each product.

- Created a common build framework which was used for multiple product builds. Single sourcing 3/4 of the code used to build the products significantly reduced creation of defects and greatly reduced time developers and QA waited for a successful build.- Created a build process which spanned multiple operating systems.

2006 :: Retired with 22 years of service.January 2005 - June 2006 :: Deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom where I was a 1st Sergeant. I managed 100+ soldiers while performing a combat patrol mission covering a vast area, including 3 remote combat observation posts over a 3 month period. Duties including developing training schedules, work schedules, dealing with many different types of personnel issues and playing "Father" at times to assist soldiers in coping with their hardships and stress.2003 - 2004 :: I managed 50+ soldiers on a training lane for Army ROTC Cadets.1985 - 2006 :: Held many various leadership positions ranging from a Howitzer Section Chief to First Sergeant.
