As a temporary contractor, I was managing a generative AI product for source code writing and prompt-based developer assistance/augmentation, to meet the standards of large companies and enterprise buyers. Personalization of the "Cody" assistant product is achieved with fine-tuning state of the art models, and with text embeddings of local data for personalization. Served as an enablement PM, in matrixed coordination with monetization PMs and engagement PMs. Implemented a program for partnership lifecycle management, from onboarding, to integration, to launch, to optimization, and offboarding. Evolved GraphQL APIs to support partner UI integrations in consumer electronics home screens that merchandise Netflix movies and shows (paid advertising or trade value). Supported catalog search and personalized search with both text and voice assistant support, for partners. Responsible for guiding a platform of partner payments Web RPC call APIs that process subscription enrollments, cancellations, status, customer events, etc. Responsible for automated device testing and self-service in device validation/certification where it interacts with these APIs. Responsible for ensuring API release readiness and completeness across the company, especially in fine grained access controls for installed third party applications. Added to and delivered on GitHub’s public roadmap with enterprise features, which were underserved compared to open source software features. Engaged with the top 20 ISVs in the developer tools ecosystem to understand their platform capacity needs, and the top 20 business account teams to fix both scaling and bulk administration issues. Focused on loosening GitHub’s API metering (daily limit counter) to solve for large enterprise customer pains (perceived downtime). Responsible for integrating Medallia to external analytics sources with connectors and starter code. Also was responsible for go-to-market, platform product marketing, privacy and legal outreach, sales enablement, documentation, and many other roles not yet hired for in a pre-IPO startup.
