I have 14 years of experience implementing and supporting health care technology platforms for customers nationwide. I am not actively seeking employment, but welcome networking opportunities. Throughout my career I have contributed to, managed, or directed projects primarily focused on delivering transcription outsource services (domestic and global), software platforms as a service, voice capture solutions, and speech recognition technology - and integrating all of the above with electronic medical record systems. My experience is largely with cross-functional teams working on 60-90 day implementation projects in a virtual work environment, but that can range from less than 30 days to as long as 18 months. I have also had the opportunity to work in some pre-sales and post-project account management functions with key customers.I enjoy the opportunity to dive into technical requirements, workflows, and available data to help solve problems. This might mean leveraging my technical background to engage in troubleshooting, analyzing workflows to find an alternate path to a desired outcome, writing a script to collect or analyze data, or creating ad-hoc reports - whatever it takes to ensure the mutual success of my employer and my customer.
