10% of my time was geared towards providing support for both internal system users and external clients of our bespoke inventory management and real time electronic auction systems. This includes general desktop support of Windows XP, server support (Windows 2003 Server, 2000, Exchange 2003 and Linux).The rest of the time was spent developing new and existing systems, primarily using ASP for legacy systems and ASP.Net (C#) for new developments.
