I was the sole training specialist providing one-to-one coaching, running workshops, and also running the new-starter induction. During my time here, I wrote and delivered bespoke training material relevant to the needs of the individual and business.

I was a Recruitment Consultant for 2 years specialising in placing accountants into Financial Services, before moving internally to the training team as the Internal Trainer.

During my time with the Group, I started as an Internal Sales Team member, before progressing to Team Leader of the North West A&P Display branch.
