Staff Officer to the Commander at Priority and Safer Communities Division (PSCD).PSCD supports the organisational capability and confidence to deliver a policing service which is responsive and respectful to community needs. To help support this, our current priorities have been set as follows:Working with the regions to enhance service delivery to our priority communities (LGBTIQ, Multicultural, Disability, Mental Health, Seniors, Youth, Aboriginal).Improving the communication between police and priority communities.Supporting the work of Victoria Police in the delivery of proactive and preventative policing (Connect, Support, Value).Building an evidence base to support organisational change.
