Web Development Team Manager with 20+ years Commercial Development Experience -- currently full-time employed in the online gaming and internet marketing industry. My primary role is to manage and mentor a Web Development Team. The team strives to ensure all delivered websites load quickly, are well tested and are built to the best of our abilities. Our goals ensure these sites work on all the most popular/current devices and browsers, while driving customer conversions and increasing user interactions. With my technical skills, I feel I have an added advantage of being able to make better technical and development direction decisions.
