Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, I manage the budgeting and financial analysis for 8 Executive Directors within a $50M Division. Preparing, and presenting financial models and projections to the Executive team on a regular basis allows the department to meet both financial parameters and service objectives.

Directly reporting to numerous CFO's within a multitude of organizations, I provided short-term financial analysis which supported executive level decisions. As a Senior Financial Analyst within regulated environments; my responsibilities included the creation of financial reports and analysis for regulatory and governmental oversight bodies. During the course of several contracts, I was responsible for creating financial frameworks and guidelines that enhanced reporting capabilities.

During my tenure I received several promotions which increased in responsibilities and leadership opportunities. During the last 5 years at FortisBC my responsibilities included the management of 15 billing specialists. We had several responsibilities listed below. - Reviewed, and processed 750,000 customer invoices on a monthly basis. - Providing high level support for general customer service.- Handling Commercial and Industrial billing inquiries and escalations- Responsible for supporting and generating consumption invoices for 4,000 commercial and industrial high usage customers.
