In 2016, working with my family, we formed a family office to own and operate lower middle market manufacturing companies in the industrial and automotive supply market segments. Today, we own Decatur Plastic Products, Inc, (DPP) with four factories in Indiana and Alabama, serving the automotive interior market with custom injection molded and flocked parts. We also own Ningbo Global Sourcing, LLC, (NGS) and Ningbo Decatur Plastic Moulding Technology, Ltd. both Chinese companies located in near Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, PRC. The Ningbo companies serve the industrial and automotive markets, with precision products, moulds, tooling, automation and assemblies. DPP and NGS serve many of the same customers. I continue to serve as Vice-Chairman of Serva SJS, Ltd - a Sino American Joint Venture between Sinopec Oilfield Equipment and Entrans International, LLC. I also serve on the advisory board of Cyprium Partners and am a member of the board of directors of Weaber, Lumber of Lebanon, PA.
