Selected through a rigorous applicatoin process to live with and mentor 32 first year students, providing support, facilitating an inclusive and welcoming living environment, and supporting their social and academic transition to college. Developed an interactive map of all operational U.S. and Canada wind assets at the company to facilitate intuitive, simple access to geospatial data for internal use, greatly enhancing cross-functional capabilities. Employed data management strategies to ensure longevity and ease-of-use for other users after completion of the internship. Mapped nationwide green hydrogen supply and demand to inform strategic project development.

Studying paleoclimatology (Indian Ocean Holocene foraminifera) and working on a climate literacy project, as well as visiting sites of geoscientific interest around Europe.My research is supported by the Williams College Class of 1945 Student World Fellowship.

Plan and execute community-building activities for Mission Park residents and all students on campus collaboratively with the Residential Life Team. Resolve interpersonal conflicts to create a welcoming, safe, supportive housing environment for students. Manage budget and communicate with departments across campus and students.

Full-time January internship with Classical Uprising (Portland Bach Experience and Oratorio Chorale), an organization modernizing classical music performance. Gained experience in non-profit organization management and finance, working with all sides of the organization including the Board, Marketing Committee, Development Committee, and artists. Drafted formal communications including press releases, newsletters, and grant proposals. Networked with local and national racial justice organizations to develop a website with resources to support the Amazing Grace project, an educational performance for African American spirituals. This project won The American Prize for Performance of American Music.

I collaborated with students across the country to grow this nonprofit (unpaid position) with the goal of getting out the vote from the youngest demographic up and down the ballot, specifically to unseat Trump. I helped shape our organizational strategy as well as conducting policy research and drafting social media posts to educate young people. Additionally, I created a social media expansion strategy which resulted in an increase from about 150 to about 1000 Instagram followers in about a week.

I worked alongside Dr. Stephen Gasior of the Applied Science and Technology team to develop new CRISPR genome-editing technologies in order to earn the Scholar of Science designation. The project included proposal-writing, MIDI prep, bombardment, microscopy, presentation, and more. I worked off and on throughout the summer.
