Gwyneth focuses her legal practice in the areas of employment law, premises liability, and products liability for corporate clients. Gwyneth handles cases involving allegations of race, sex, age, disability, and national origin discrimination under both federal and state law. She also has handled cases alleging sexual harassment, retaliation, hostile work environment, and medical leave violations. Gwyneth’s practice encompasses issues involving vicarious liability and indemnification. She handles all aspects of her cases through arbitration and/or mediation, and she has negotiated numerous advantageous settlements for a “Fortune 500” Company. Gwyneth is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and regularly appears in state and federal court.

Gwyneth was selected through the Thomas R. KIine School of Law's co-operative education program to work as an intern with Spector Gadon for two semesters. Gwyneth assisted in cases involving employment, corporate, family, and tort law, and participated in a full-length defamation trial.

Gwyneth assisted in cases brought by individuals alleging discrimination based on race, sex, age, disability, and other violations of federal and state law.
