Hi! I'm Gwyn 👋I am an online facilitator, trainer, experience designer, and someone who's spent thousands of hours on Zoom. Global Executive Director
As Global Executive Director I expanded the global reach of the Creative Empowerment facilitation model in 15 countries training over 5000 practitioners each year. I led a diverse global team to build an international network of partnerships and facilitation training programs. I spearheaded a teacher-training program in facilitation that reached more than 2000 teachers in 6 countries translated into 4 languages. I led experiential sessions at several global conferences including the World Innovation Summit for Education, Ashoka's European Changemaker Summit, and Harvard's Global Initiative for Innovation in Education among others. During this period I oversaw two external evaluations that demonstrated the positive impact of PYE's programs.
