An experienced Regulator with vide experience of INSPECTION, INVESTIGATION, RECOVERY, ADMIN & INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT. He is among few, worked in HEAD OFFICE, REGIONAL OFFICE and also at LOCAL OFFICE ( as overall in-charge). Functionally, he worked with deptt which REGISTERS (gives birth) to an Intermediaries, INSPECTS and INVESTIGATES their mis-adventures, PREPARES CASE against them, DEFENDS such cases in various COUTRS/SAT and finally headed RECOVERY PROCEEDINGS, too. Among few who has completed FULL CIRCLE AS A REGULATOR. By QUALIFICATION he is M.A.Economics (Uni. Topper), MBA and LLB(1st Class)🙏 Currently he is Division Chief with NRO of SEBI, heading dispute resolution NRO, previously oversaw Investment Management Department that gives Registration to Investment Advisor, Research Analyst. He also holds Addl. Charge of SEBI Uttarakhand State as Overall officer-incharge. 🙏 Before moving to NRO, he led newly created, Recovery & Refund Department in SEBI as Recovery Officer, jurisdiction of Maharashtra. 🙏 Before moving to NRO, he was first ever officer-in-charge of SEBI in Jharkhand (JH). Nominated as Member of the State Level Co-ordination Committee (SLCC-JH) constituted under FSDC- MoF, CAPIO under RTI Act, Nodal Officer in JH for co-ord. with other Investigating agencies viz. CBI, CID, Police and others. 🙏 Before JH, he worked with Investigation Department of SEBI. He had investigated various Fraudulent Practices & solved many complex issues(eg Insider Trading,IPO manipulation,Accounting Fraud etc).🙏 Market Intermediaries Regulation & supervision department (known as Inspection Deptt.) was his parent deptt. which Registers Intermediaries, Inspects them and take suitable regulatory actions.Highlights 🙏 He is passionate towards delivering lectures on varied subjects. He has been invited/ delivered Guest / Keynote lectures to many top Business Schools like IIM, IIT, NUSRL, NISM, NMIMS, ITM, Amity, ICAI, ICSI, ICWA, Leading Stock Exchanges etc. Also lectured to IPS, IRS, RBI, CBI, CRPF, ITBP, CISF, Anti Terrorist Squad, INTERPOL, NAAA, IIMC, Bankers etc. 🙏 His contribution towards FINANCIAL AWARENESS to masses in JH & Delhi has found special mention & was lauded many times by SLCC in the state of Jharkhand . 🙏 He strongly believes that a "higher level of FIN. AWARENESS" will result in a suitable "Investment culture".
