As a shift leader my main responsibilities are; excels in managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency during their shift, contributing significantly to a positive customer experience and the overall success of the establishment.

Major Responsibilities and Tasks: R1. Program planning and Implementation • Support in preparing the annual plan, program plans and budget of district/s in consultation with Field Coordinators and CSOs ensuring gender and social inclusion • Support community groups and partners in the implementation of program activities. • Use Rights Based Approach (RBA), GED and governance principles for overall programming in the district/s. • Support to conduct district level survey, studies related to livelihood improvement of marginalized groups jointly with Specialists, Field Coordinator (FC) and Team Leader. • Support FC in developing training curricula and manuals from Biodiversity and climate change perspective. • Organize community/ group level and site base level trainings, workshops and cross visits focusing on biodiversity, landscape management and climate change adaptation. • Arrange appropriate orientation and training program for community leaders, groups in consultation with FCs. R2. Liaison, coordination and representation • Maintain close and regular contact with community groups and stakeholders for effective program planning, implementation and monitoring at district level. • Organize critical review and reflection meetings periodically to share plan, progress, issues and future course of actions for tracking program interventions. • Share field level program learning, best practices and experiences in different forums. R3. Monitoring and Reporting • Provide Technical support and monitoring of overall programs activities at field level in consultation with FCs and other staff for effective as well as smooth implementation of program activities. • Contribute in district team to develop participatory monitoring and evaluation system. • Prepare and submit district/s reports to FCs and other specialists ensuring desired qualities. • Compile, synthesize and maintain field level program related inform

Support to design EbA activities of partner and provide technical support and guidance in implementation. Prepared annual work plan and updated quartely and annually report to central office. Implement EbA activities focusing EbA action learning groups.

Support to form and strengthen Conservation Area Management Committees and Forest Management sub committees of the ACAP,Lomanthang sector, prepare CAMC operational plans, provide technical support to CAMCs and to prepare report.

I worked as a Forest technician and support to conduct Forest carbon inventory. By preparing field plan, I worked accordingly to collect the data of inventory and reported to central office.
