** Daily, Weekly and monthly report submitting and communicating concerns to Project Manager.** Develops and manages preventive maintenance programs, including new Preventive maintenance procedures, work reviews and approval.** Communicating effectively with workers, clients & Sub – Contractors as well as PMCs & other Building services.** In addition to routine day-today jobs and troubleshooting. I am actively involved and responsible for preventive and predictive maintenance jobs, managing breakdown.** Self-motivated, independent worker with strong analytical and problem solving skills to provide engineering support for plant facilities, process Equipment system.** Regular monitoring of utilitylike CHILLER & CONDENSER PUMP, CHILLER PLANT, AHU, COOLING TOWER, PAC UNITS & PACKAGES UNITS.** HVAC including CFM calculation, unit location finalization, duct designing, heat load calculation & Air balancing etc.** Maintain Softener Plant water analysis system maintain PH level, T.D.S, Hardness.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for executing MEP projects for industrial and domestic clients with the knowledge of service work in Residential,commercial and Infrastructure projects.  Have developed checklists for each activity, accordingly executing the job and establishing the records.  Correlating the MEP GFC drawings with the bill of quantity (BOQ) and maintaining the drawings and BOQ at the site level for reference all the time.  Continuously reviewing the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of site works with regards to MEP services and reporting to the project manager on the same. Generating daily and weekly progress reports of ongoing projects.  Involved in analysing the problems in Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing and allied services and formulate solutions.  Reviewing MEP contractor’s shop drawings in conjunction with the structural and architectural as-built to ensure engineering co-ordination and bring up site issues to the Project Manager.  Ensuring EHS compliance by all the MEP contractors and maintaining records.

CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Review of GFC, Shop drawings for site work execution. Following TDS for perfect execution of work in site. Maintaining good communication with clients and keep informing about progress, achievements Giving value adds and reminding in case of additional cost inchanges Conducting Kick off meetings, Weekly progress review meetings with vendors and clients. Sharing MOM of meetings conducted Monitoring and documenting the construction progress. Keeping accurate daily logs, participating in the progress meetings of the construction. Preparing and sharing Request for Information (RFI) to Consultants by referring for any missing information or site changes. Daily inspection of installation works on site with checklists as per approved drawings and specifications Sharing targets and milestones as per schedule or client requirement to vendor and supporting vendors in PMC level to achieve Preparing/Review and sharing to client weekly and monthly reports Checking and inspecting of supplied material with respect to Approved specifications Technical input when required into services, products and subcontractors. Review of vendor bills and quantity certification Testing and Commissioning for HVAC equipment and material installations Review and approving of As-built drawings and operation & maintenance manual. Giving required information to facility teams for operation.
