-End to end responsibility of the product development process of a 50kW AC/DC battery charging system.-Planning and controlling budget, deadlines, milestones and partners.-Stakeholder management.As a result, the first Hungarian "multi-standard" (CCS, CHAdeMO, AC) fast charging station has been developed and deployed at several customers successfully.

-Built and led a team of 45 employees with the full ownership of the group strategy, budget management, processes and collaboration with Siemens RnD.-Responsible for scaling, recruitment, resource allocation, coaching and mentoring of managers.Within 3 year I built up a very successful, high-performing team at evopro-Group which was responsible for the system testing activities of 8 different products of the Siemens Drives Technology portfolio. The team as a whole was acquired later by Siemens.

Erlangen Area, Germany

-Establishment of the department of Systemtest Drive Technology in cooperation with Siemens AG at evopro-Group in Hungary.-Transferred inverter system testing activities of 5 different Motion Control and Drives products from Germany to Hungary. -Responsible for scaling strategy, hiring and training of 35 new engineers. -Management of building the test environment and labs, coordination of suppliers, controlling deadlines and budget.
