Hi my name is Gaston,am a 26yrs old man.i have been into fitness for 5years now and I discovered how much I love spending time at the gym,meeting beautiful people who have thesame goals like I do,Learning new techniques on improving my physique.Basically the gym is my second home.I began my journey as a gym trainer a couple of years ago and with the hardwork and consistency the results have been tremendous.This is my calling.I will keep updating my knowledge on fitness so as to reap more results from my clients.
