Talent Management • Identify staff vacancies and coordinating the recruitment, interview and onboarding processes of applicants. • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organisational objectives. • Creating educational material to facilitate the development of our members • Creating surveys which provide a gauge as to member engagement. Reviewing and providing inferences of the results and proposing ways to improve areas that are lacking in terms of organisational health • Formulating a Rewards system to drive activity within the organisation • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems. Finance • Prepare financial or regulatory reports required by and helps maintain our affiliation with AIESEC International • Analysing financial budgets and ensuring the sustainability of the organisation • Reviewing investment ideas and deciding on the metrics that can measure ROI to determine whether to go ahead with the investment
