Designed the templates and facilitated the development of the content of BoPInc innovation toolkit. The purpose of the toolkit is for facilitating workshops and training international team. The toolkit is consist of design and business tools varies from customer research, value proposition to impact assessment, which is currently under internal review.

Researched the complex needs of the migrants on the move from Central America and designed the self-therapy cards that can facilitate the support during and after MSF intervention in Mexico. The result is now in further development to implement in the field.

Netherlands & Uganda

Developed a consultation application and service design that facilitates an efficient consultation service of the local health workers in Uganda for more accurate diagnosis and treatment. The application has been developed by the internal team and will launch in December, 2017.

- Organised workshops focused on educating design process for the low-resource settings.- Workshops were held in various places around the world including in Germany, Tanzania, Kenya and the Netherlands inlcuding S. Korea where I was mainly involved.‣ Developed a curriculum and workshop materials based on the participants and the specific theme (e.g. water problem in Kenya) and worked as a design facilitator for encouraging and guiding the design process during the workshop

Arusha, Tanzania

- Performed as a designer in the interdisciplinary team focused on the healthcare- Started from the community research and built network with medical officers in local district hospital, community health centre, and private clinics- Defined the project focus as improving the accuracy of the current anaemia diagnosis with a feasible and accessible technology in the context
