I am a UX UI Designer with extensive experience in user research, feedback, user software training, and iterations. During my career, I have worked in a variety of industries from military, corporate sales, mindfulness practices, and IT consulting clients. I’ve gained valuable experience working with all levels of people and from various cultural backgrounds, each with its unique approach to employee/consumer experience.My IT consulting clients consisted of both public and private sectors conducting thorough research and establishing a strong foundation of feedback. We established a user-first mentality within each client and IT team for effective and efficient collaboration. I also led a software migration project based on employees’ feedback for a solution that minimized the number of applications being used and centralized the workflow to increase productivity. With my military background, as a Breathwork facilitator and a youth group leader for inner development, I’ve learned to adapt to new cultures and environments. New insights and solutions were made that lead to marketing collaboration on various approaches for each client. This would lead to team-building exercises and how to get creative & think outside the box. This helped to engage in constant open communication and work out any difficulties that may arise from an individual and team level.Combining all these experiences, I am able to dive deep into the design process, including user research, developing user personas, planning, and wire-framing, design mock-ups, and application prototypes. I continue to learn new tools and tricks for the ever changing world to guide those to be ahead of the curve and solve user issues together.
