About Gypsy Roberts

I am an accomplished, resourceful and goal-oriented Manager and Trainer with extensive experience and demonstrated success in training teams and managing clients. During my career, I have consistently exemplified expertise in training extensive staff (up to 120 employees) from diverse backgrounds, including project managers, benefits administrators, payroll analysts and other technical/non-technical staff. I am experienced in traveling internationally to train team members on system configuration and quality assurance practices.
