Led, executed and completed several multi-million dollars projects in a difficult remote and autonomous environment, related to the Alcan/ABB Alliance Agreement in Kitimat, BC. Bottom line results were improved from baseline in all cases, on average by 7%. The program consisted in the refurbishment and performance improvement of a 1 GigaWatts Hydro Powerhouse in Northwest B.C., including the improvement of the associated 300kV transmission line and Substations.
