- Had a leading role in the integration, rollout and operation of a critical third-party backend - It is the main backend for the new mobile application, which stores, processes, and serves confidential data - 6+ countries internationally, serving thousands of requests every minute for over 2M of users - Planned and managed IT infrastructure (150+ servers).

- As part of a smaller team I developed a payment gateway application in JAVA which manages the communication between Unicredit’s own core banking system and the national bank's backend system (several countries). This is now a critical part of the instant payment system
