I successfully led several pilot projects in various fields such as Supply Chain, Controllership, and Marketing with the goal of showcasing the capabilities and quality of Global Business Services to our customers. I was responsible for delivering highly complex, multinational, multi-processes, large outsourcing, and insourcing projects, and developing and executing transition plans that enabled HP Internal stakeholders to migrate processes across global locations on time and on budget, without any operational disruption. Two of my significant achievements was successfully insourcing the UKI payroll from a third-party vendor Northgate in the UK and transitioning it to GBS Chennai with an overall accuracy of 99%, and the Supply Chain PDM insource project, which involved transitioning from Sogeti-HT in France to GBS Chennai, involving 30+ HCs. The project was signed off successfully with annual savings of $1.61M, representing an 81% cost reduction for PSG SCM. Introduced the concept of Cultural Awareness, developed and delivered training sessions on MOC, and specific themes.

As an expert in VAT Reporting and Account Reconciliation, I have been responsible for defining, maintaining, and standardizing these crucial functions for HPI, HPE, HPP, HP Locals. I have also managed multiple migration projects for VAT registration of local and European legal entities, and I was the GO-TO person for all EMEA controllership and external auditors in matters related to Account Reconciliation and VAT Payment/ Refunds. With my close collaboration with European Business, HP Customs, Tax Authorities, HP Accounting, internal/external IT department, and UK Treasury, I have successfully implemented new processes such as Cross charges from COMPAQ to HP pm systems, Automatic Accounts Revaluation, Bank and VAT Account Reconciliation, and a standard Payment-Refund VAT process, for which Six Sigma Green Belt certification has been obtained. I was a key driver in the recovery of Millions of dollars in VAT from pre-merger Compaq and other HP companies, contributing extraordinarily to HP's assets.

In my role, I was responsible for full ownership of dedicated Channel Partners from Portugal, Spain, Finland, and the Netherlands providing support for their daily replenishment process. I successfully optimized their inventory by reducing end-of-life products and improving the order acceptance rate. Furthermore, I increased the number of Stock-able Units (SKU) for all Channel Partners, which resulted in better product availability for end customers.

As the Account Administrator for the Portuguese Commercial Channel Partners, I was responsible for processing orders, maintaining and monitoring backlogs, and serving as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and issue resolution. Additionally, I was the main interface for Sales, Marketing, and Supplier Organizations. I successfully implemented improvements to the price claim process, which reduced the backlog within just a few months. My performance earned me a promotion to the position of Iberia Regional Team Lead.

As the IT administrator, I was responsible for managing all IT-related tasks and processes. I successfully defined and implemented cost reports for top management and established an efficient E-calls process. Additionally, I led the migration project of the IT support team to HP France, which resulted in improved collaboration and streamlined processes.

This included providing training to a team of 40+ drivers on an advanced system for tracking daily deliveries and customer charges. I also led efforts to streamline warehouse logistics and optimize the turnaround time (TAT) of international truck departures. My contributions led to significant improvements in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
