The range of applications varied from low-level hardware programming for Video encoders using C to high level content management systems using SharePoint. ASP.NET system developed for AL Department of Education was based on .NET 1.0 and 2.0.  Responsible for corporate analysis, architecture and design of new applications and services and transferring existing applications to Amazon Cloud. Utilized numerous AWS services to increase performance and financial efficiency of software products. Designed and developed multithreaded mission-critical e-mail notification system utilizing design patterns (e.g. Producer-Consumer, Singleton, Provider, Service-Locator, etc.), MVC-5, AMQ, Oracle Queue and other third party components. Several RESTful micro-services were developed to provide reliable self-monitoring system. Worked closely with users to create Internet and Intranet web sites using MVC-3/4 technology. Solidly utilized jQuery, jQuery-UI, SignalR, AJAX, jsRender and Oracle DB. Developed a desktop apps to batch-load rate data utilizing parallel processing with multithreading, LINQ, windows forms, XML serialization, Regular Expressions, ClickOnce Deployment and Oracle stored procedures. Implemented Quality Assurance ASP.NET 4.0 system. Real-time traffic data is summarized and its quality is compared against predefined time-dependent thresholds for automatic and manual modifications of routing. Web UI was comprised of DevExpress as well as built-in components. Created reports exportable to Microsoft Excel, CSV, PDF and XML formats. Lead initiative in Continues-Integration and automate build/test/deploy process using Jenkins incorporating SVN, GIT, MSBuild, NUnit. MSTest and JIRA ticketing system. Created architectural design and implemented various APIs and Libraries for internal and third-party data exchanges.  Participated in each stage of production of a portal web site for trucking industry (www.etrucker.com), including planning, management, development, documentation, testing, deployment and training. Developed COM components for compression, e-commerce, address book, points sweepstake, DB binding for Eshare, Ipswich using Visual C++ & ATL, Visual J++ and VB. Utilized ASP, MDAC, ISAPI, DCOM, MTS. Worked with MSSQL Server and Oracle 8i databases, creating complete schemas in both DBMSes. Developed several administration sites and utilities for etrucker.com, including highly sophisticated template based content management system (CMS) as well as deployment engine, data replication engine, contest winner app and many others; Created reusable API blocks.

The system comprised of about 1 million+ documents with numerous keywords attached to each and with several hundred new articles coming in every day. Highly optimized queries were developed to quickly find documents specified by, often, very complicated search criteria. Created COM components & ActiveX controls using Visual C++ 5.0 & ATL, J++ and VB 6.0 Developed database schema, stored procedures and triggers for SQL Server 6.5.
