I am dreamer.In childhood I dreamed of becoming a professional footballer. But everyone said this was impossible in Syktyvkar (the middle of nowhere) and I accepted it.At school and university my dreams often were destroyed by teachers. Some of them said that I had many ambitions and that’s a problem.When I joined Dodo Brands, I hesitated to admit my dreams about leadership. Because I was “just” an operator, who repeated the same phrase: “Dodo Pizza, Georgi. Hello”. Sometimes in my mind there was the thought: “Nooo, that’s too ambitious”.When I launched my own bakery, I was afraid to dream about creating a successful chain, though I wanted it.But that’s just bullshit. Everything is possible, if you can imagine it. For example, becoming the company leader from “just” an operator. And dreams aren’t something bad.
