- Ensuring and coordinating the daily employment of 40-70 employees in German- Planning vacations and days off and ensuring staffing across various departments- Weekly inspections of operations and accommodations- Daily coordination with German department and HR managers- Providing workwear and tools- Recruiting new employees for training on onboarding days, translating training materials, and introducing them to the job- Providing accommodations- Managing and inspecting leased properties- Preparation for billing, including attendance records and time calculations- Supporting employees in a German environment (medical examinations, representation in operations)- Handling local issues- Organizing and managing travel arrangements- Negotiating and determining salaries and positions- Checking hygiene and behavioral rules at accommodations- Collaborating with German and Hungarian authorities- Registering and deregistering employees at German addresses, keeping up-to-date with regulatory obligations- Handling contract modifications and terminations- Meeting the needs of employees in terms of housing and work on a daily basis
