Manage extended supply base - from local to Far East, JIT to long term, consignment concept. Ensure continuous high level of performance in KPI’s goals - material availability, stock level, system data accuracy, obsolescence management, transportation costs, alternative usage, etc.

Manage export-import /freight/damage problems and transport insurance claims - Distribution department, Manage and support the daily operation of Customs Free Zone factory, compliance with the legal regulation - Customs Team
