- Responsible from economic and regulatory analyses relating to transfer pricing projects and coordinate with affiliates around the world on transfer pricing compliance and planning matters- Ensure the companies in the Europe and South America region comply with all relevant tax legislation and regulation- Support the business in the region by providing relevant tax advice- Manage internal tax reporting process- Research and develop tax-saving strategies as well as plan, direct and execute tax related projects- Follow up current tax laws, regulations and changes, keep management informed about the changes and their impacts on the business and recommend tax planning opportunities- Structure new and existing investments in a tax efficient way- Manage tax due diligence process - Manage the companies’ transfer pricing and international tax positions in audits by the regulatory bodies and financial statements auditors- Manage and monitor the compilation and reporting of Country-by-Country data- Support the relevant teams in the determination of the companies working capital needs.- Support the Head of Tax

- Auditing and reporting of full certification service described in Turkish Tax Regulations.- Performing and managing tax and accounting compliance audit projects.- Identifying and prioritizing key risks and assisting with controls, monitoring and remediation.- Providing consultancy services related to "Corporate Tax", ,"Income Tax", "VAT", "Stamp Duty",accounting issues to national and multinational companies.- Building strong compliance and reporting foundations and sustainable tax strategies.- Advisory services for double taxation, Social Security Conventions and VAT refunds- Preparation of specific tax reports about VAT, SCT, and Acquisitions etc.- Providing consultancy services related to R&D and Technocity Legislation
