Reporting to Engineering Director and holding responsibility for providing technical advice and direction to both external customers and internal engineering functions. To carry out macro-feasibility studies in projects, to determine part materials and production technologies together with customer demands.Working with the PMO in determining the relevant man hours and project schedule for new and potential projects.Checking and approving DFMEA, P & Boundary Diagram, DVP-R, Company Standarts (Hexagon Design Standard, Design Verifications, Test Plan-Procedure), RFI, PDB, belonging to the Exterior team.Managing projects with proactive approaches that can predict risks in all exterior studies.To prioritize the work to be done according to the technical stages and project schedule.Being a guide in engineering matters by actively participating in project meetings.Taking action if necessary as a result of PTFR, PTS and QPR reports, and coordinating the exterior team.Following up the realization status of the work packages defined in the project schedule, reviewing the detailed business plans in case of deviations from the planned values, planning the necessary corrective actions to prevent delays in the main project schedule as a result of comparing planned and actual values of project effort and expense data. Checking and approving engineering documents, Instructions to service, shop floor instructions, and other documents as authorized.Conducting regular design review meetings with team and other team leaders to resolve technical and engineering issues experienced on the project.Checking and approving the engineering releases (ECO-ECR-ECM) prepared by exterior team.To manage all the projects that the exterior trim team works on on a team basis and to support the team in reaching the goals of the project.Arranging the weekly work plans in accordance with the project calendars and transferring them to the relevant team member in the team.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, working in the creation of the project time plan & engineering feasibility & internal engineering functions, distributing tasks to engineering teams, making weekly project meetings, and determining initial start-up and start of production together with engineering teams for the project.Guiding the project team in the solution of complex technical problems, reviewing the results and taking precautions when necessary, while creating work packages in the process of creating the project calendar.Being a guide in technical matters by actively participating in project meetings.Taking action if necessary as a result of PTFR, PTS and QPR reports, and coordinating the engineering teams.Carrying out the re-planning activities in coordination with the project manager when the engineering revision is required.Following up the realization status of the work packages defined in the project calendar, reviewing the detailed business plans in case of deviations from the planned values, planning the necessary corrective actions to prevent delays in the main project calendar as a result of comparing planned and actual values of project effort and expense data.Ensuring continuous improvement of the business processes under the responsibility of the project with a participatory approach. Providing support to the project's technical bottlenecks, for the purpose of enabling the process to proceed quickly and smoothly.Making prioritizations according to the technical stages of the project.Managing projects with proactive approaches that can predict risks in all studies.Approaching the problems with an analytical or conceptual thinking structure and establishing the cause and effect relationship about the problem solution, as well as producing alternative results and coming to the most appropriate conclusion.Following and controlling engineering release processes.Making regular technical design reviews.
