ORM/BRM is part of the DHL Nordic Operation Excellence Team and include Security, BCM, and Environment, in close cross-organisational cooperation with Business Improvement, Commercial Business Intelligence and Quality."The risk manager supports the company to achieve its objectives. Responsible for Business Resilience in DSC Area West.I.e. Security/Safety/Health/Environment issues for 6 units (400 empl) and the leadership training for appr. 30 managers and supervisors on different levels. Intent/end-state: Enhancing business results.I am also the Nordic advisor for Security and Business Contingency Management, as well as a member of the DHL Global Task Force for BMS.

CIMIC officer.Active member of NBG/AB01 Force Protection Cell where I participated in the development of the new Force Protection recommendation for the Swedish Armed Forces, a standard compliant with NATO AJP 3.14:2007 and UK JDP 3-64. Trained all personnel at AB01 in crisis management in hostile environments (HEAT).

I started out as a copywriter and ended up as a Creative Director, being a part of the different management teams during the last ten years of my career within this industry. I worked with most of the major international, national and regional companies in Sweden, as well as in project groups with members from Sweden, Denmark and the UK. I negotiated and worked in different cultural envirnomants, including Colombia, USA, France and China, and was responsible for the production of infomercial and commercial film productions in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, USA and France.
