During my time working at Turkish Airlines, Turkey's flag carrier and Europe's largest airline, I greatly improved my communication and social skills by serving different cultures. I provided the most accurate guidance and service with my team so that passengers could experience comfort and pleasure without any problems. My skills include being able to turn negative situations into positive ones, taking initiative, addressing different cultures, controlling the situation and events in coordination with the team, resolving complaints and producing crisis solutions, working with discipline and being friendly.
