Investment Development : - Doing Financial Model of the Group's Long-Term Investment Plan Studies (Investment Scenarios)- Preparation of feasibility reports of investments and planning of studies.- Erdemir and İsdemir Production Model Study- Financial modeling of investment feasibility and stating opinions by evaluating the studies done- Investment Plan Studies for Facilities in Romania• Improvement of production process.• Cost-benefit analysis. • Capacity analysis and cost reduction process. • R&D and cooperation studies.• Determination of capacity and bottlenecks. • Cost of reduction studies, monitoring before and after conditions.• Time Studies for Production. • Focusing on changes of development my skill in my field and for the company.Production Systems :As Erdemir and Isdemir’s all business subjects are about efficiency, sustainability, costs and area of external environment’s harmony of Production Systems Directorship and System Development Department’s current and new investments, developing on working process with working on cooperation’s reports/following to business stage to coordinate. - Erdemir and Isdemir’s discussions stages process of investment planning, to start projects deciding and following feasibility including supporting work (negotiation) on presentation to administration. - Preparation Planning investment feasibilities, investigate, needs and economics reports finally supporting by checking reports .- Conducting the collaborative studies with national and international companies/universities and leading the projects - (JFE,ITU etc.).- As a supervisor my duties are developing amendment, cost of savings, performance designate, plans, coordination, reports of working effective of implementation practice.- Group incorporation capacity, production flow, results of performance.
