· Responsible for guest service in all Restaurants, Bars and Outlets· Ensure a smooth table reservation system for our guest· Organizing of all special F&B functions and events· Assisting the Hotel Manager in administration and maintenancein the quality of service and maintaining Passengers satisfaction and crew moral· Lead and train subordinates successfully into productive working methods· Ensure that the companies PH standards are kept all the time

· Responsible for the entire hotel operation onboard· Supervising and coordination of all works in the service, galley,hotel inventory, controlling and administration departments· Answerable to the shore side management for all activities pertaining to the professional management of the hotel operation,and for following all, to the hotel relating policies, standards and procedures· Cost and budget control of the entire hotel operations· Responsibility of the adherence of all relevant hygiene (HACCP), safety andenvironmental regulations onboard· Always available as contact for the passengers regarding inquiries, complaints and suggestions in the entire hotel operation· Motivating staff, paying attention that service is carried out in a friendly, competent manner· Planning, organizing, delegating special functions in the hotel operation· Checking service schedule for the hotel department· Establishing vacation schedules for the entire crew · Implementation as well as continual maintenance and improvement of thequality standards· Responsible for the careful handling of all equipment and machinery in the entirehotel operation
