Managed and troubleshooted network components (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points), resolving hardware and infrastructure issues to ensure optimal performance and system stability.- Firewall and Security Management: Configured and maintained firewall policies and security protocols, implementing intrusion detection systems and endpoint protection solutions to safeguard the network from vulnerabilities.- Network Configuration and Optimization: Optimized network components, including VLANs, load balancers, and routing protocols, to enhance performance and scalability.
