Developed and managed PMO Office to support the strategic initiatives of the Office of the Governor. Developed and implemented formal project methodology for all FSSA strategic projects. Successfully led PMP certification training initiative. Led to 100% pass rate for FSSA project managers. Developed and implemented portfolio tracking tool for agency status reports. Data collected from this tool validated the PMO’s successes by showing a 25% increase in our timely completion rates as well as a 30% increase in the completion rates of projects within or under budget.
