Title of my my thesis: Quand la matière fait politique? Analysis of critical flows and governance of territorial planning in the urban regions of Paris and Amsterdam, under the supervision of Eric Verdeil (CERI) and Olivier Borraz (CSO). I'm preparing my thesis in comparative politics, at the crossroads between urban studies sociology of public policy and STS. In my work, I compare the development of in-kind accounting methods with the resurgence of planning strategies, both ecological and industrial, based on the urban territories of Paris and Amsterdam.Using policy instruments as a starting point, I analyze the trajectories of material-flow diagnoses and the transformations associated with the comeback of biogeochemical considerations on local economies and governance structures. My research aims to provide new perspectives linked to the mutation of governmental action in a context of socio-ecological crises and a “new climate climate regime”.A graduate of Sciences Po, I am a member of the “Cities are back in town” research group and the "Atelier interdisciplinaire de recherche sur l'environnement" (AIRE). My research is supported by the Agence de la transition écologique (ADEME).
