• Fostered strong relationships with 3rd party holiday sales companies, such as Hoseasons, to optimise our listings on their platform to lead to an increase in holiday sales
• Created and launched the new Gwel an Mor website from scratch, focusing on rebranding and restructuring efforts to improve usability and enhance the guest experience
• Conducted regular market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, enabling Cove UK to stay ahead of the competition and make data-driven marketing decisions
• Helped with all other day-to-day marketing activities, including social media management, creation of on-site signage, newsletter publications and more. These efforts have contributed to an overall increase in brand.

• I oversaw all Gunwharf Quays social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with customers and drives footfall
• Designed and produced the Marina Brochure and Tariff information, showcasing Gunwharf Quays as a premium destination for leisure, retail and dining
• Managed the Gunwharf Quays Marketing Calendar by adding key sales events, promotions and other campaigns
• Organised a winter marketing campaign which reached over 250,000 people
