Transitioning from the team member to the team load role felt challenging at first but the opportunity led to an amazing and exciting journey later on. I distinctively managed a collective team of 15 writers: 7 remote and 8 on-site. I learned multi-tasking and timely content delivery with quality assurance. Content management and strategic content planning also fell under my jurisdiction alongside the occasional team assessment and evaluation. My interpersonal skills were also honed during this period, shaping me into the thorough professional I am now.

Creating creative and organic content has been the most exciting phase of this role. Based on my previous experience, I worked on delivering quality content for all given tasks. The basic requirements were writing guest posts, on-site blogs, brand and category pages, copywriting, and product descriptions. I also got the opportunity to write website content that further added to my skill set. Aside from writing SEO content, I also started editing content later on. The role also shaped me into a professional person and a worthy team player.

I worked on providing precise and error-free content to my clients by doing extensive research, creative writing, and proofreading. During this period, I worked on SEO writing of on-site as well as off-site blogs, product descriptions, collection pages, website core pages, copywriting, and email writing. Client satisfaction and timely task delivery were my main goals throughout.
