As mentioned in my profile, I oversaw logistics, transportation and warehouse operations of 9 Medco, and 7 Nestor Sales distribution centers, throughout the United States. At TCI I Launched new warehouse operations for a chemical distribution center in Pennsylvania while maintaining legacy operations in Portland, Oregon. I established, maintained, and continuously improved operations for shipping and receiving chemicals, including guaranteed same-day shipping of in-stock items to North and South America. We were required to comply with great accuracy to strict rules, regulations, and policy; while I maintained accountability for demand planning, inventory positioning, site logistic operations, processes, workflows, and escalation management. I interacted with the fulfillment team, materials management, and supply chain personnel consistently exceeding established goals. A couple of my primary accomplishments include; • Collaborated on global implementation of WMS bar code solution resulting in 99.9% shipping and inventory control accuracy, ultimately improving operational efficiency in receiving, cycle counting, and shipping processes. • Completed fast-track renovation project on aggressive schedule with in budget requirements; including responsibility for installations of HVAC, fire suppression system, electrical supply, lighting shelving and office space.

In 2008, I was Promoted to oversee 11 North American chemical distribution centers with a combined inventory of $15-20M. With this I supervised 11 warehouse managers, leading team to manage inventory, optimize operations, and standardize work processes, including implementation of Quality Management and Environmental Management systems. In addition, I negotiated contracts with providers, scheduled production to meet customer needs, and balanced raw materials and finished goods inventory.In this position I met several tangible goals including: • 95% or greater contractual fill rates managing government and private industry contracts.• Slashed overtime by 50% while simultaneously improving same day shipping from 96% to 99.9%.• Achieved zero returned/delayed shipments to customers with extensive DOT shipping regulation training. • Negotiated rates with carriers to cut transportation cost by 26% and brokered terms with vendors that resulted in 15% reduction in packaging supply expenditures.

I found it rewarding to be owner and Operations Director of a premier provider of property management, construction phase consulting, and construction/renovation services. I held direct accountability for full profit & loss recognition, overseeing portfolio of over $50M and supervising team of 60. I built sustainable relationships with local developers to meet the demand for high-end property management services and developed operational systems, established cost saving techniques, and propelled revenue with solid marketing strategy.Team members were empowered through high-level accountability while we lowered costs and reduced outsourced services.We transformed a 31-unit development resulting in 25% cost reduction under my guidance for a restructured service provision.
