Maintain project management software tasks (Asana)Request price quotations (RFQs) from shipping companies for our internationalshipments.Negotiate price quotes based on project budgets that are available.For foreign shipments, prepare business invoices and packing lists.Assist with the development of our logistics operations so that we can manage andtrack our increasing number of shipments.Collaboration with the Behind Bars project manager on a daily basis (PM)Participate in open order calls and visit suppliers to discuss projects and keepproject schedules on track.
