To be part of an organization, where I can contribute to the best of my abilities utilizing all my skills and experience which I have gained working in all the previous national and international organization, to stand up to the expectations of my supervisors and be a active part of that organization. To provide administrative and secretarial to Professor and Head. To control and supervise the administrative and clerical workforce of the department (5 persons). Coordinate the flow of information internally, with other departments & agencies.  During conferences, CMEs etc. provide help creating database for delegate’s Registration, Accommodation etc., prepare and distribute different reports. During conference and CME’s manage the team and handle the specific functions such as Registration/Accommodation and Distribution of Souvenir and other material etc. under my supervision.  To handle departmental contingency funds and purchase cases.  Prepare Agenda/proceedings of the various meetings and record confidential documents including personal files of staff under HOD. Prepare Microsoft Power Point based presentations for conferences, CMEs and Seminars and put patient’s data in specific softwares for research purposes and extract reports thereof.• Ability to adapt quickly to new environment and procedural changes.• Self-confident to take higher responsibilities and initiatives. • Quick to learn the systems and the instruments to deal with.
