At VCU I teach corporate finance and advanced business valuation to several graduate student audiences including MBA, MS - Finance and Executive MBA students. I have also taught corporate finance and valuation to non-degree, practicing executive audiences. My research interests include corporate finance, corporate governance, investment policy and valuation. My work has been published in some of the leading finance journals including The Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, The Journal of Corporate Finance, and the Financial Review.
