Collaborated with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) to optimize infrastructure. Designed and deployed a national private cloud infrastructure. Efficiently routed government data traffic over the Afghan National Data Center's (ANDC) National Intranet (NI) via the National Internet Exchange Point of Afghanistan (NIXA).

As Innovation and Emerging Technology (IET) Director formulated the national digital data strategy. Pioneered the National AI roadmap and IT industry development policy. Spearheaded the conceptualization of the national digital economy strategy.

Led and managed scientific research, workshops, and activities for computer science faculty lecturers. Oversaw software projects under Agile methodology. Implemented initiatives under the "Stability Pact" project funded by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany (Auswärtiges Amt), DAAD, and TU-Berlin.
